The SOUDAL Foam Expanding Insulation 750ML is a polyurethane foam with a patented trigger mechanism, allows for precise control and application. This innovative design is much easier to use than traditional foams, which require an applicator gun. The foam is reusable up to six weeks. This ensures minimal waste for ongoing projects and maximum efficiency.
This foam expands to provide excellent thermal insulation and bonds securely to a variety of building materials, including concrete, brick, PVC and timber, insulation panels, pipes, ducts and metals. (Not suitable for PP and PE, or silicones). The foam is flexible after curing and can absorb the movement of the substrate without cracking. It can expand up to 30x its original size. It cures when wet and is lightweight and easy to form after curing. Its distinctive colour makes it stand out from other PU Foams.
After curing, the Genius Gun foam can be cut or sanded. It can also be painted. It is perfect for sealing, gap-filling and insulation applications.
